The full hydraulic tunnel prospecting rig is recommended to use the Q series drill pipe drill tool, Φ60(BQ), Φ75(NQ), Φ96(HQ). The TW series drill pipe can also be used, but the Q series has higher durability, longer service life and lower drilling costs.

Rope coring double pipe drill assembly is divided into: inner pipe system, outer pipe system.
The outer pipe system includes: diamond drill bit, reamer, centring ring, core outer pipe, ejector chamber, gauge and seat ring.
The inner tube system includes: circlip seat, circlip, circlip retainer, core inner tube and snap assembly.
Regardless of the Angle of the hole, the QU series cartridge assembly is used, from the upper slope 35° to the lower slope 35° range QU series (i.e., horizontal) fishing, from the lower slope 35° to the vertical downward azimuth hole using the Q series (i.e., vertical) fishing.
Q series international standard drill pipe, especially the commonly used BQ, NQ, HQ drill pipe, our company uses 30CrMnSiA material, medium frequency heat treatment, its yield strength can reach 950N/mm² (MPa). BQ single hole use depth of 1200 meters, NQ single hole use depth of 1500 meters, HQ single hole use depth of 1800 meters.
Q series inner tube system and TW series inner tube system Q series is more mature and stable in horizontal hole rope coring application. Because of its light weight and small contact area between the bit and the rock, the TW thin wall series is often used on "fully hydraulic" top drive RIGS in order to improve the penetration efficiency a little. In terms of drilling efficiency, there is almost no difference between the Q series and the TW series due to the large torque and strong power of the fully hydraulic tunnel prospecting rig. Only when the core diameter of each mine is required, the TW series is used.
