It should be noted that no matter how much drilling is done in a month, please replace it when due; Replace the oil filter every three months, no matter how many meters of drilling, please replace it regularly, and pay attention to the steps of replacing the oil filter, first release the hydraulic oil in the tank, set aside to precipitate, clean the oil tank, replace the oil filter and then refuel.

2. Each bearing position is provided with lubricating oil port. In order to ensure adequate lubrication of each rotating part, please add standard grease in time.

Third, if the thread connection part is loose during the working process, it needs to be tightened in time.

Fourth, the power head in the feed frame on the slide reciprocating movement, when the wear strip is seriously replaced in time to avoid irreversible slide wear.

Five, the hydraulic motor should be filled with hydraulic oil before the first use, and the mud pump should be injected with 20 oil 12L before the first start.

6. During the use of the rig, when adjusting the motor handwheel to achieve stepless speed regulation, please zero the feed pressure first, and then return to the feed pressure after adjusting the speed. The use of hydraulic motors should avoid the habit of high pressure and fierce operation. It is necessary to choose the appropriate speed, torque, feed pressure and drill bit according to the inaccessible formation to obtain the most ideal footage efficiency, and do not blindly pursue high speed and large pressure.

7. The oil tank needs to add enough qualified 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil, which is easy to cause the oil pump to empty when the oil is less, causing damage to the oil pump.

8. Every time you move the pipe, the oil plug should be used to block the connection part of the pipe to avoid impurities outside the system into the system.

Feed pressure gauge and rotary pressure gauge are important components for detecting the state in the hole and troubleshooting, and are the eyes of the hydraulic system, which should be observed and summarized frequently.
