1) In order to ensure the tightness of the hydraulic control system, the number of disassembly of the tubing joint is usually reduced as far as possible. Hydraulically operated valves, feed cylinders and instrument panels should not be removed from the frame as much as possible when the parts are disassembled and handled, allowing them to be transported together with the tubing. When inspecting and unloading the joint, the pipe mouth should be blocked with clean oil, and the dirt should not enter the oil pipe or the oil cylinder, the oil pump, the valve body, and the oil tank along the pipe mouth.

2) When the box is disassembled, the positioning pin should be removed first and then other disassembly work. When installing, the positioning pin should be installed first after the position is aligned, and then other parts.
3) The removed connectors and anti-loose devices are easy to be confused and lost, and should be kept separately and indicated with the part number for installation.
4) When disassembling and installing, do not hit the casting hard. When striking other accessories, it should be padded with wood blocks or copper blocks.
5) When installing or disassembling rolling bearings, wooden blocks or copper blocks should be used first, and the point of impact should be placed on the fixed ring.
6) Pay attention to protect the mating surface of each part and the surface of the tubing joint, and do not hurt.
7) When installing, the parts must be cleaned with diesel oil, wiped and coated with sufficient grease.
8) The assembly of each hydraulic component must pay attention to keep clean, and the precision mating surface must not stick to any traces of pollution. When wiping, clean cotton yarn should be used, and broken yarn rope, rags and dirty cotton yarn should not be used.
9) Before assembling the new tubing, it must be cleaned with kerosene and blown with compressed air.
10) Assemble 0-shaped rubber sealing ring, should be careful not to make its surface is crushed, in order to smoothly enter the matching hole, can be coated with a little lubricating oil. The end seal of each joint must be properly placed in the sealing slot and must not be offset to the outside.
11) Pay attention to adjusting the rolling bearing during installation, not too tight or too loose. Axle shoulder and gland should not leave too much clearance.
12) During regular maintenance, damaged or vulnerable parts must be replaced.
