First, geological final hole aperture and rock core recovery rate


Drilling diameter is not less than Φ75mm, the use of special aperture needs to be approved by the geological department. The core is greater than 70%, the ore core is greater than 80%, the top and bottom of the ore layer are greater than 80%, and the mineralization and crushing zone are taken according to the core recovery rate.


2. Inclination measurement (drilling curvature correction)

Three, hole depth measurement


100 m (50 m) measurement once, see ore, fracture zone, mineralized layer to be measured, measurement data must be filled in the core record book.


1. Every 100 meters (50 meters) of drilling or after seeing the main ore body, important marker layer, structural layer and final hole, it is necessary to measure the drilling tool with a steel tape to verify the hole depth.

3, hole depth error shall not exceed 1‰.


4, drilling simple hydrogeological observation


To carry out hydrogeological observation according to the design requirements, the water level in the hole is generally measured after drilling and before drilling (the interval shall not be less than 5 minutes). If the drilling stop time is longer, the observation should continue. Observations are made every 4 hours within 24 hours and every 8 hours beyond 24 hours.


1. Observation items


Record the depth of water leakage, the height of the water head and the amount of water inflow, measure the depth of the static water surface, record the location and height of the cave, and make a record. For the identified long-term hydrologic observation holes, the wellhead pipe shall not be pulled out, and it shall be capped and locked.


2, should measure the number of hydrology


Every trip (shift) should be observed and recorded. The total number of measurements is not less than 80% of the number of measurements, and the measurement points are evenly distributed. Record the depth at which anomalies encountered during drilling occur.


3, drilling encountered drilling water surge, generally should stop drilling, under the guidance of hydrogeological technical personnel, jointly measure the head height of drilling water surge, water surge, water temperature; If you encounter water leakage, cave and other phenomena, you should record the hole depth.


4, rope coring drilling can determine the water level in the hole in the drill pipe, and accurately measure with a multimeter.


5, the use of mud drilling holes, do not observe the change of water level in the hole; If the hole is dry, do not do hydrological observation, but to count the consumption of washing fluid.


6, according to the geological design requirements, it is necessary to select some drilling holes to observe the static water level of the final hole.


5. Original record requirements


1, when the shift to fill in carefully, when the last class filling in the error, the next class should be corrected in time;


2, the class report should be truthfully filled in, according to the requirements of the class report content carefully and standardized, and by the team leader, captain check, signed.


3, the core card should be filled in with a ballpoint pen or carbon pen, including the middle section, hole number, return, footage, mining core and date.


6. Seal the hole


After drilling the final hole, the drilling quality acceptance team (by the chief engineering office, comprehensive workshop, geological technicians of each pit) jointly conducted a comprehensive acceptance of the drilling quality, filled in the final drilling hole acceptance report, and was signed by the drilling quality acceptance team members and filed.
